Upon receiving wheat from affiliates, the raw material undergoes a thorough cleaning process, removing coarse impurities and then stored based on its quality—determined by hardness, protein quality, and gluten quality. Conditioning precedes milling, ensuring uniform moisture content, preventing breakage, and enhancing separation from the floury endosperm. The blending of different wheat batches follows, creating a mix capable of meeting specific flour requirements.
