Upon receiving wheat from affiliates, the raw material undergoes a thorough cleaning process, removing coarse impurities and then stored based on its quality—determined by hardness, protein quality, and gluten quality. Conditioning precedes milling, ensuring uniform moisture content, preventing breakage, and enhancing separation from the floury endosperm. The blending of different wheat batches follows, creating a mix capable of meeting specific flour requirements.
Nestled in Al-Bageer industrial city, Wad Madani, Soft Flour Mills operates from a 9,000 square meter facility. The factory showcases the integration of technology and precision in its processes, producing various types of wheat flour with an impressive total output of 360 metric tons per day.
